As you can tell, I am still trying to catch up. I trust the holidays treated you well.

First, congratulations on your new position. This is good news.

I do appreciate the information about the internship opportunity. I know Jeremy Begg wanted me to schedule a field trip out to Border States this semester. I think it was to get a first look at possible interns. I'll start letting students know.

Hope the holidays treated you good.  I am working at Border States
Electric since last fall as IT Operations Manager.   Currently working
with HR to open some IT intern positions.   It is to the step where I
will have one intern position in my dept for the summer - I am hoping
to get approval to continue the position through fall/winter.   The
intern position should be posted on our website

shortly (like next week).   The HR dept will be doing various
recruiting events also.

 

The work will be involved with PC troubleshooting, PC and laptop
imaging, assisting users (maybe), etc.    So if you know somebody that

give them my email address to get in contact with.   I will have to
send them to HR as a first step on our side of the process.
