Mr. Pruess,
Thanks for taking the time to respond to my message on Linkedin! I would love to come over and visit with you next week just let me know what works best and I will get it in my schedule. I am very excited to start a relationship with
MState as I am a very proud alum.
The two positions I am looking to fill are IT Dispatcher and IT Specialist. The IT Dispatcher role is to help manage the incoming workload of our Technical Assistance Center. They would answer incoming client calls and emails, create
service orders, and help schedule onsite work to be performed by our engineer team. The IT Dispatch role is an entry level position. They would also obtain the ability to create new hire accounts (AD/Exchange/Office 365), troubleshoot some desktop issues,
perform HP Warranty work (we get them certified as an HP Warranty Professional), and manipulate permissions in AD and Exchange.
